Baylor+ gives you access to premium video content you can’t get anywhere else. By signing up for an annual membership to Baylor+, you’ll get:

You can watch Baylor+ features, documentaries, and specials anytime and from anywhere you have an internet connection on your web browser at baylorplus.com, or your TV by downloading the Baylor+ app.
Is there original content on Baylor+?
Yes! Baylor+ is the destination for exclusive original content you can’t find anywhere else!
How do I sign up for Baylor+?
You can easily sign up for Baylor+ here in your web browser. In your web browser, go to baylorplus.com.
1) Select SIGN UP
2) Create an account
3) Choose whether you’d like to be billed annually or monthly
Where can I watch Baylor+?
You can watch Baylor+ anytime from anywhere with an internet connection on up to three devices simultaneously. Sign in with your Baylor+ account at baylorplus.com to start watching from your personal computer, mobile device or tablet. You can also watch Baylor+ on your Smart TV via major streaming platforms by downloading the official Baylor+ TV App.
Does Baylor+ offer free trials?
Yes! When you sign up for Baylor+ for the first time, you will be able to enjoy Baylor+ for free for the first 7 days. During this free trial period, you will get the full Baylor+ experience. Free trials are for new subscribers only.
In order to start accessing all that Baylor+ has to offer, you will need to sign up first. We require payment details upon the start of your trial, and you will not be charged until the end of your 7-day free trial period. Having this information on file helps to create a seamless transition into a paid membership if you choose to continue your membership.
You can also cancel your Baylor+ membership at any time during your 7-day free trial to avoid being charged. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Profile & Purchases page on a computer or mobile browser
2. Select Cancel Plan under the Plan Details section and follow the on-screen instructions
3. Once you're done, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Keep in mind that if you cancel during your 7-day free trial period, your access to Baylor+ will end immediately.
What are the payment options?
When you sign up for your membership, you can choose from two payment options:
1. You can make a one-time payment of $79.99, plus taxes and fees, or
2. You can pay month-by-month for $7.99 per month, plus taxes and fees.
Choosing the one-time payment saves you 16% annually! Just sayin'.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, click Sign in with password and then click on set new password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the email, click Reset Password, and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page. If you have trouble remembering your password, you can also use our Passwordless Sign-In option by requesting a Sign-In Link on the login page.
How do I pause or cancel my Baylor+ membership?
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause* or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership. *Please note that pausing your membership is only available on the Baylor+ Monthly Plan.
Please note that canceling online is the only method to cancel your account and end your membership. Signing out of your account or deleting the Baylor+ TV app does not cancel your account. Please note that you are still responsible for completing any remaining payments on your account until the end of your selected membership.
If you cancel Baylor+, you can rejoin at any time. We’d love to have you back!
What happens if I cancel my Baylor+ membership early?
If you cancel your Baylor+ membership early, you will still have access to watch Baylor+ video content online, as well as enjoy member benefits, until the end of your current period of membership.
Please note that you are still responsible for completing any remaining payments on your account until the end of your selected membership. If you cancel Baylor+, you can rejoin at any time. We’d love to have you back!
How do I change my membership plan or update my billing information?
To change your membership plan or update your billing information, sign into your account and click Profile at the top right. Then, select Purchases. To change your membership plan, click on Manage Plan under the Membership section and follow the prompts to switch to a different option. To update your billing information, click on Change Payment Method under the Payment Method section and enter your new billing details.
Why is my credit card being declined?
If there is a problem with your payment method, here are some common causes with suggestions to resolve the issue. If the bank or financial institution declined the charge, check that your payment information is correct in your Account. Or you can also try a different payment method instead. If you’re still having trouble, make sure that your payment method supports e-commerce transactions.

Internet speed recommendations
Low internet speeds or a weak connection when you’re watching Baylor+ isn’t fun.
We’re working hard to make sure you have the best possible experience watching all your favorites on Baylor+ so for consistent, high-quality streaming, we recommend the following devices and speeds:
Supported Devices
First, please make sure that you are using one of our supported devices. If you are planning to watch from the Baylor+ website, be sure to check out our system requirements for computers.
Speeds
Video is available across platforms in a range of different video qualities, which will adjust based on your internet speed and the device in-use, to provide you with the best stream possible.
For a consistent, quality viewing experience, we recommend that your internet connection is capable of delivering to your device at least the following sustained download speeds:*
5.0 Mbps for Baylor+ on-demand video content
8.0 Mbps for live streams
16.0 Mbps for 4K content
*Viewers may be able to stream at a reduced video quality with 1.5 Mbps.
Please keep in mind that watching multiple videos or using the internet for other activities may require additional bandwidth and that speeds delivered to your device over WiFi can be impacted by a variety of factors. Please see your internet provider for more information about optimizing your bandwidth.

You can watch Baylor+ using a computer that meets the recommended specifications below:

HTML5 enabled
JavaScript and Cookies enabled
*To check your Safari version, open the browser on your computer, select Safari from the navigation bar, and click About Safari.
Video Quality
You can watch Baylor+ in 720p video quality. Keep in mind that streaming in 720p depends on the configuration of the device you are using.*
720p is enabled on Chrome (Windows), Edge (Windows), and Safari (MacOS) if HDCP 1.4 is enabled on external display connections, or if an external display is not connected to the device.
720p is only enabled on Chrome (MacOS) if no external displays are connected to the device — HDCP support cannot be verified when an external display is connected.
720p is not supported on Firefox (Windows/MacOS) because HDCP support cannot be verified — max video quality is 480p
*Digital rights management policies prevent Baylor+ from streaming in 720p unless the device as configured can be verified as HDCP compliant.
